Spice Kit gives Asian Street Food a new twist - serving everything from Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and Korean ssam rice wraps to Chinese pork buns. The bright airy restaurant works like a Chipotle for Asian food - you choose your medium (wrap, banh mi, or rice bowl), your filling (five spice chicken, beef short ribs, roasted pork, tofu), and your sides. 

Interestingly enough, the masterminds behind Spice Kit were chefs at The French Laundry, Ritz Carlton, and per se. They gave up their fancy chef outfits  in favor of the t-shirts, relaxed ambience, and simple Asian dishes at Spice Kit.
